I cant wait for fresh garden potatoes. I take my toaster oven outside in the summer and bake these little gems outside. Ingredients:
2 lbs nugget new potatoes (about 16 small potatoes) |
1/3 cup butter |
1/4 teaspoon rosemary |
1/4 teaspoon thyme |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Wash and dry potatoes. 2. Add all ingredients in a 8x8 glass baking dish. 3. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Stir occasionally. |
