Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease 4 ramekins with olive oil spray.
  3. Line greased ramekins with ham slices.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, mustard and yogurt.
  5. Stir half of cheese into mixture.
  6. In a small bowl, mix chives and parsley and add half of mixture to the eggs.
  7. Stir well, then spoon into the ramekins over ham.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and herbs.
  9. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden.
  10. Turn out onto serving plates.
