Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup. philadelphia roasted garlic light cream cheese spread
  • 1/4 cup. mayo
  • 1/4 cup. dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup. finely chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped pimientos

Directions:

  1. Cut eggs lengthwise in half.
  2. Remove yolks; place in medium bowl.
  3. Set egg whites aside.
  4. Mash yolks with fork.
  5. Add cream cheese spread, mayo, mustard, green onions and pimientos; mix until well blended.
  6. Spoon egg yolk mixture into egg white halves.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
