Hemp and Coriander Pesto

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 garlic clove

Directions:

  1. Grind the hemp seeds in a spice grinder.
  2. Place all ingredients in a processor and whiz, adding more oil if it becomes too thick.
