A simple variation on pesto. Use wherever you would use regular pesto. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons hemp seeds |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1/4 cup fresh coriander |
1/2 garlic clove |
Directions:
1. Grind the hemp seeds in a spice grinder. 2. Place all ingredients in a processor and whiz, adding more oil if it becomes too thick. |
