Hamburger Stuff on Rice (Goulash)

Ingredients:

  • 10 3/4 oz condensed tomato soup (small can)
  • 4 cups cooked rice (mom used minute rice)

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion and drain.
  2. Stir in undiluted tomato soup.
  3. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. Serve over rice.
  5. A favorite veggie or salad makes a complete meal.
