Hamburger Stuff on Rice (Goulash) |

This is one of the first dishes my mother taught me to cook and has been a favorite of the family for years. Quick and easy to make and the kids request it every time they have friends over. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 small onion, chopped |
10 3/4 ounces condensed tomato soup (small can) |
4 cups cooked rice (mom used minute rice) |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion and drain. 2. Stir in undiluted tomato soup. 3. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder. 4. Serve over rice. 5. A favorite veggie or salad makes a complete meal. |
