Directions:

  1. Brown hamburger in skillet with onion
  2. Drain off excess fat
  3. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, 8oz water, salt, and chili powder
  4. Simmer while cooking elbow macaroni according to instructions on box
  5. Combine in 2qt casserole bowl and bake covered for 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees.
