Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dice up the salt pork and saute until brown.
  2. Remove the pork and put into the crock pot, leaving the grease in the pan.
  3. Saute the onions and garlic in the pork fat until brown.
  4. Remove the onions and garlic to the crock pot.
  5. Brown the sausage and add it to the crock pot.
  6. Add the rest of the ingredients to the crock pot.
  7. Cook on low for at least 12 hours, but I prefer 24 hours.
