Grilled Spicey Beer Shrimp

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook shrimp in boiling water mixed with the beer for one minute.
  2. Drain and allow ro cool.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients except for egg whites and seseme seeds.
  4. Dip shrimp into egg whites then into olive oil mixture.
  5. Place on wooden skewers,
  6. Sprinkle with seseme seeds and salt and pepper to taste
  7. Grill for a minute or two, turning frequenrly
