Grilled Spicey Beer Shrimp |

Great summer dish. Multiply as needewd Ingredients:
1 pound large peeled and deveined |
4 garlic cloves minced |
2 green onions minced |
3 tsp soy sauce |
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar |
1/4 tsp hot sauce |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 to 3 egg whites |
1 bottle beer |
seseme seeds |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook shrimp in boiling water mixed with the beer for one minute. 2. Drain and allow ro cool. 3. Mix remaining ingredients except for egg whites and seseme seeds. 4. Dip shrimp into egg whites then into olive oil mixture. 5. Place on wooden skewers, 6. Sprinkle with seseme seeds and salt and pepper to taste 7. Grill for a minute or two, turning frequenrly |
