Grilled Garlic Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced (add more if you're a garlic lover like us!)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • (don'tsp worry about the amount of olive oil - most of it will remain in the bag anyway)

Directions:

  1. Rinse and trim the asparagus stems, and pat dry
  2. Put into large ziploc-type bag
  3. Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper
  4. Shake the bag so the asparagus is coated nicely.
  5. Transfer to aluminum foil on outdoor grill, and grill at medium-high heat until asparagus is bright green and just starting to get the char from the grill.
  6. Serve up and enjoy!
