  2. Start in salt water, boil about 20 or 30 mins.
  3. Pour off broth.
  4. Start Greens in fresh salt water.
  5. Add meat and a dash of pepper flakes if you want.
  6. Cook until tender.
  7. About 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
