Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Mix the EVOO, vinegar, lemon juice, thyme, garlic and pepper, set aside.
  3. When pasta is cool, place in large bowl add remaining ingredients and toss with dressing.
