Greek Pasta with Shrimp and Artichokes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions 6 minutes, omitting salt and fat. Add shrimp, and cook 3 minutes or until shrimp are done. Drain well.
  2. Combine artichokes and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add shrimp and pasta; toss gently. Cover and chill 10 to 15 minutes.
