Ingredients:

  • 6 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts (otherwise known as filberts)
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup walnut oil
  • 1/2 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 cup honey (addeed last of ingredient)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350* F.
  2. Combine all in order, honey last, mix well.
  3. -cover pan(pans) with parchement.
  4. Stir while cooking and cooling to avoid clumping.
  5. Cook for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Enjoy.
