This is a deliscious granola great with fruit and yummy yogurt!!!! Enjoy! Ingredients:
6 cups oats |
1/2 cup almonds |
1/2 cup hazelnuts (otherwise known as filberts) |
1/2 cup pecans |
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds |
1/4 cup flax seed |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup walnut oil |
1/2 cup grapeseed oil |
1/2 cup demerara sugar (dark brown sugar) |
1/4 cup honey (addeed last of ingredient) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350* F. 2. combine all in order, honey last, mix well. 3. -cover pan(pans) with parchement. 4. Stir while cooking and cooling to avoid clumping. 5. Cook for 30 minutes or until golden brown. 6. enjoy. |
