Grandma's Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2-4 cups raw rhubarb
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 3 tbsp flour or 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl (except for butter).
  2. Pour into prepared pie shell.
  3. Slice the butter over the top of the mixture.
  4. Put top crust on and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 450 degrees, then for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
