Directions:

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Beat in eggs.
  3. Beat in all other ingredients except raisens or currents.
  4. Stir in raisens.
  5. Fill tart shells 2/3 full.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees until pastry is brown & center is bubbling. Approximately 10-13min.
