Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in dutch oven.
  2. Add onion and celery and cook 8 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook 5 more minutes.
  4. Add flour and cook 1 minute stirring constantly.
  5. Gradually stir in milk and cook stirring often for 5 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to low and stir in cheese and next 5 ingriedients.
  7. Cook for 3 minutes stirring constanly.
  8. Add oysters and oyster liquer simmer 3 minutes and serve with oyster crackers.
