  1. Set oven to 190c.
  2. Grease pan 10-12 loaf pan and line with paper.
  3. Have a pice of tin foil ready to top pan with

  5. Add the dry ingredients and sieve or mix thoroughly.
  6. Measure your water, add the vinegar and oil to the water.
  7. Whip your egg white.
  8. Dump water mix into flour, stir till well blended, work quickly and don't mix too long.
  9. Fold in the egg white
  10. Pour mix into prepared pan
  11. Cover, by making a foil lid with a fold in it for expansion. bake about 45 minutes
  12. When bread sounds hollow when tapped it is ready.
