Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Turn chops in seasoned flour.
  2. Brown in bacon drippings.
  3. Place in shallow baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley and onion.
  5. Add water, cover and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
  6. Uncover.
  7. Mix ingredients for glaze.
  8. Pour over chops.
  9. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
