  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat eggs and brown sugar until fluffy. Then beat in pumpkin, molasses, and melted butter.
  4. Stir the wet into the dry until just moist. ** Do not over-stir the waffle batter.**
  5. Brush the iron with butter or spray with cooking spray and cook waffles. Note: Mine usually take about 4 minute each, but machines vary, so just keep an eye on them.
