  1. Pre-heat oven to 350- lay foil in shallow baking pan spary with cooking oil-sprinkle pan with salt,lemon pepper a few slices of onion and tomatoes. Lay washed chicken breast on top and repeat, spread mayonaise over the top and cover with foil let cook for about 25/30 minutes. in seperate pot cook rice according to pkg when all is done lay rice on plate put chicken on top use sauce from mayo and dressing and serve with a side salad and hot rolls.
