Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of cold water
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • green food coloring
  • chocolate syrup (and-or) chocolate flavored whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle the Knox gelatine into the 1/2 cup of cold water
  2. Stir until it softens
  3. Mix in sugar and salt
  4. Pour the 1 cup of boiling water over,and stir until dissolved
  5. Add the green food coloring until Dark Green
  6. Add the peppermint flavoring( It the peppermint that is the ingred.to settle the stomach)
  7. Stir well
  8. Pour into wine glassed and refrigerator
  9. When chilled,top with either,the syrup or the whipped cream
