Garlic Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Using an apple corer carefully remove plug from each potato making sure not to go through potato.
  3. Reserve the plugs.
  4. Combine oil, rosemary and black pepper.
  5. Fill hole in each potato with two garlic halves and a little oil mixture.
  6. Cut off two thirds of each plug and discard.
  7. Replace remaining plug in potato and wrap potatoes in aluminum foil.
  8. Cook on barbecue for 1 hour.
