Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pot heat olive oil and sautee onion,. garlic, and peppers till soft.
  2. Add ground beef and fry till brown.
  3. Add remaining seasonings and stir in well.
  4. Add tomato sauce, chicken stock, and tomato paste.
  5. Bring to a boil then simmer for 1 hour.
  6. Tastes better the next day but can be served right away.
  7. If you want to add beans go ahead.
