Ingredients:

  • honey to taste (1 to 2 teaspoonfuls)
  • 1/4 tsp saffron threads steeped in 2 tsp hot water
  • 1 cup ice water
  • lemon juice to taste - 2 to 3 tbsp

Directions:

  1. In a blender, puree the mango or other fruit with other ingredients; chill for 2 hours before serving and stir before serving.
