Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. * To make 2-star shaped orange shells, cut each orange as follows:
  2. Insert tip of paring knife, diagonally, half way between stem and blossom ends. Cut around orange,(inserting knife in, and pulling out) in a zig zag pattern. Make sure to cut through to center of orange. Give a slight twist to pull apart halves. Carefully ream out juice; drink or reserve for cooking. Scrape shells clean with spoon.
  3. In a bowl combine orange peel, peach and ice cream; return to freezer. Scoop frozen ice cream into orange shells. Makes 4 servings
