Directions:

  1. Whisk together eggs, cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic and salt/pepper
  2. Fry together bacon and leek
  3. Pre oven bake sweet potato
  4. Layer all ingredients in oven proof dish, and pour over egg mix
  5. Bake at 200 C, until set
