Directions:

  1. Cut up the tomatoes and mozzarella into large cubes.
  2. Add basil leaves and drizzle w/ vinegar and olive oil.
  3. Stir lightly.
  4. Sprinkle with a little salt.
  5. Chill at least one hour.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
