Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup. sugar
  • 1/3 cup. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup. milk
  • 1 1/2 cup. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/3/ cup. sugar
  • 1 stick butter (melted )

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and first 1/2 cup of sugar, then beat in the egg.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in separat bowl - flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
  3. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the creamed mixture.
  4. Spoon into greased muffin tray and bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
  5. While baking melt butter in small bowl and then mix sugar and sinnamon in a separate small bowl.
  6. Immdeiately remove puffs from the ove, roll in melted butter and then roll in cinnamon sugar.
  7. Makes one dozen
