Ingredients:

  • 12 small pieces of skinless chicken meat
  • pinch of tumeric pwd ( optional )
  • 1 tsp chilli pwd
  • 1 tsp curry masala pwd
  • pinch of food colour

Directions:

  1. Mix everything in a bowl and marinate for atleast 10 mins .
  2. Heat 3 table spoon oil and shallow fry in batches .
  3. Do not over crowd the pan as it start to steam rather than roast .
  4. Once it browns evenly , slit the meat withs cissors and continue to roast until its fully cooked .
