This flavourful meat is less time consuming when compared to the over roasted one . It ends up so juicy and tasty too ...... Ingredients:
12 small pieces of skinless chicken meat |
2 tsp ginger garlic paste |
pinch of tumeric pwd ( optional ) |
1 tsp chilli pwd |
1 tsp curry masala pwd |
pinch of food colour |
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a bowl and marinate for atleast 10 mins . 2. Heat 3 table spoon oil and shallow fry in batches . 3. Do not over crowd the pan as it start to steam rather than roast . 4. Once it browns evenly , slit the meat withs cissors and continue to roast until its fully cooked . |
