Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Melt margarine and mix in crusti ngredients.
  2. Beat together fillin and spread over crust.
  3. Beat egg white until meringue forms.
  4. Bake at 400 for 20 to 30 minute Let cool.
