Fancy Baked Egg Scramble

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 then grease medium baking dish.
  2. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper then cook until crisp tender.
  4. Add ham and eggs then cook until eggs are firm but still moist stirring frequently.
  5. Stir in mushrooms then remove from heat.
  6. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in medium saucepan.
  7. Add flour and bouillon then cook and stir until smooth and bubbly.
  8. Gradually add milk and cook until mixture boils and thickens stirring constantly.
  9. Add Swiss cheese and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese then stir until smooth.
  10. Fold scrambled eggs into sauce and pour into greased baking dish.
  11. In small bowl combine all topping ingredients then sprinkle over eggs.
  12. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes then serve immediately.
