Ingredients:

  • nachos , plain resturant or we like doritio's nacho
  • 1 lrg bottle of catalina dressing, light or regular
  • 1 package of taco seasoning , whatever heat you like it
  • 1 lrg or 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 lb or so of hamburger
  • 1 can of refried beans , opt.
  • 1 jar of jalepenos , opt

Directions:

  1. Prebrown your hamburger, add the package of taco seasoning and stir, set aside to cool.
  2. If you wish to use refried beans, heat them throughly and set aside to cool also.
  3. Prepare your vegatables, washed, chopped and placed in a bowl
  4. Add Catalina and Nacho's. Dressing should be to your liking of saturation.
  5. Top with beef, or with beef and beans mixed together
  6. Scatter cheese on top.
  7. If want hot, top with jalepeno's
  8. ENJOY!
