Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mash bananas.
  2. Add sugar & slightly beaten egg.
  3. Add melted butter.
  4. Combine dry ingredients together & add to above mixture.
  5. Mix until moistened.
  6. Spoon into greased muffin tins.
  7. Bake 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
