Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz) cans tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan.
  2. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
