Eggs and Ham Breakfast Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Spray bottom of baking dish with cooking spray, sprinkle three cups of the has browns in bottom of dish.
  3. Layer with ham cheese, bell peppers and mushrooms.
  4. Sprinkle remaining potatoes on top.
  5. Beat eggs and milk with wire wisk, add cottage cheese and pepper.
  6. Pour over mixture in baking pan.
  7. Bake 45 min or until golden brown and set in the center.
