Eggnog  Custard Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups eggnog
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Partially bake the pie crust (about 7 min 425).
  2. In a large bowl, combine eggnog, sugar, and eggs.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
  6. Bake at 350 for 35 minute.
  7. Or until almost set.
