  1. Cook your shrimp for this dish here are some ways to do so:
  2. You can grill them on the grill/pit with butter and garlic
  3. You can saute' them which I do for quick dish
  4. One small skillet add some butter about 2 tablespoos
  5. 1 clove of garlic mashed add to the butter
  6. Then add shrimp let cook for about 10 minutes
  7. Place chips on a baking pan
  8. Add little shredded mozzarella
  9. Add shrimp with one slice of japaleno pepper
  10. Then add some more mozzarella
  11. Place in oven for 350 degrees
  12. Cook until cheese is melted
  13. Then serve with :
  14. Remaining ingredients:
  15. Lettuce
  16. Pico de gallo
  17. Guacamole
  18. Sour cream
  19. This is easy and soooo Good!!
