Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef, drain and set aside. Heat Olive oil in sauce pan. Saute finely chopped Onion, Green Pepper, Garlic, Habanero and Chipotle Chilis for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Combine everything in crockpot. Rinse Kidney Beans and mushrooms. Add to crockpot along with tomato sauce and spices. Stir well. Set crockpot on low for 3 hours. Or if using Dutch oven or Stock Pot, simmer on low for about the same time. Enjoy!
