Easy Breezy Fruit Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium pan.
  2. Gradually stir in water until smooth.
  3. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a boil; boil 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in gelatin until completely dissolved.
  6. Cool to room temperature, but be careful it does not begin to set.
  7. Add cherries to cooled mixture.
  8. Pour into pie shell.
  9. Spread Cool Whip over top.
  10. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
  11. Chill 3 hours before serving.
  12. Be adventurous!
  13. Use regular pre-baked pie shell and fill with sliced kiwi fruit, use lime gelatin!
  14. How about fresh peaches and peach gelatin!
  15. Mango and orange gelatin!
  16. Strawberries, pears, apricots!
  17. Use your imagination!
