Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix equal parts of apricot preserves and dijon mustard in a bowl. You'll want enough to cover the chicken.
  3. Add chicken and make sure it is covered with the mixture. If it is not, add equal parts of each until chicken is covered.
  4. Empty entire contents of bowl into a baking or casserole dish. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Check to make sure center isn't pink.
