Dill Swiss Cheese Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups pancake mix
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp dill seed
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a bowl, combine pancake mix, sugar, onion and dill. Stir in milk, egg and oil until combined.
  3. Fold in cheese.
  4. Spread dough into a bread pan prepared with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
