Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400' F
  2. Combine 2 TBSP. sugar and 1 teasp. cinnamon and set aside
  3. In large bowl beat butter and remaining sugar with an electric mixer until combined
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla
  5. Combine the next 5 ingredients and remaining cinnamon
  6. Beat into butter mixture
  7. Add peanuts, currants and dried fruit stir
  8. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets
  9. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture
  10. Bake for 7 - 8 minutes or until lightly browned..cool
