Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Place dates and half the milk in blender. Blend until dates are chopped very fine.
  2. Add the remaining milk and ice cream in blender and mix until smooth.
  3. To serve, pour into tall glasses. Yields 2 servings.
