Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add oil to large hot skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Immediately add all other ingredients. Continue frying mixture over medium high heat for a few minutes. When cabbage is slightly wilted, turn heat down to just under medium and cook for 20 minutes to a half hour, turning occasionally.
  3. Adjust seasoning, remove from heat and serve.
