Curried Asparagus and Mushroom Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix first six ingredients and blend well.
  2. Combine chilled asparagus and mushrooms.
  3. Place dressing mix on top and mix well to combine evenly.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. If making ahead, keep veggies and dressing separate until right before serving.
  6. Can also be served with the dressing separate, to add as desired.
